Terms of Service

The agreement between you and ERADORE when you use the platform.

Last updated 22 July 2026 · Provisional while under legal review.

1. Who we are

ERADORE ("the Service") is operated by Eradore AB (under formation), Sweden ("we", "us"). These Terms form a binding agreement between you and us when you create an account or use the Service.

The Service is a strictly 18+ platform where adult creators and members can discover each other, match, chat and support creators through the built-in credit economy. Creators are reviewed and approved by our team before their profile is published; members confirm they are 18 or older at registration.

2. Eligibility — strictly 18+

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to use the Service, which you confirm at registration. Explicit (NSFW) content is kept behind a paywall and is intended only for adults. We act on any indication that a user may be under 18 — including suspension and removal — and we may introduce additional age or identity verification and ask you to complete it; refusing a required check leads to restriction or removal of the account.

You may only create an account for yourself, with accurate information. Automated accounts, bots and impersonation are prohibited.

3. Credits and purchases

The Service uses virtual credits at a fixed rate of 1 credit = 1 USD at the time of top-up. Credits are a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use features of the Service (such as Priority, gifts, unlocking content and premium). Credits are not money, carry no monetary value outside the Service, and cannot be exchanged for cash by members.

Top-ups are made in whole US dollars and are processed in cryptocurrency by our third-party payment provider (NOWPayments). Crypto network confirmation normally takes a few minutes; credits are delivered automatically when the payment is confirmed. Prices are shown before every purchase. See the Refund Policy for withdrawal and refund terms.

4. Creator earnings

Creators earn revenue from gifts, unlocks and subscriptions. The revenue share and payout terms — including the rolling 7-day settlement hold applied per transaction — are set out in the Creator Agreement, which forms part of these Terms for creator accounts.

5. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide licence to host, process, display and distribute your content within the Service as needed to operate it (including moderation and review). This licence ends when the content is deleted, except where retention is required by law or for abuse prevention.

You must hold all rights to the content you upload. Every person appearing in the content must be an adult who has given documented consent. Uploading content of any other person without their consent is prohibited and leads to removal and account termination.

6. Prohibited conduct

The following is prohibited and enforced without exception: any sexual content involving persons under 18, or content that presents any person as being under 18 regardless of their actual age; non-consensual content of any kind; harassment, threats or stalking; commercial solicitation of illegal services; fraud, spam and circumvention of payments; hate symbols and extremist material; attempts to bypass moderation, verification or security systems.

PAID SEXUAL ORDERING IS PROHIBITED. It is forbidden to offer, request, buy, sell or arrange payment or any other compensation for a specific person to perform an individual sexual act — live, on video call, recorded on request, or at a physical meeting. This applies regardless of payment method (credits, Swish, PayPal, crypto, gift cards or anything else) and regardless of whether the contact or payment is moved to an external service such as Telegram, Snapchat or Discord. Buying access to EXISTING content, subscribing to a creator's library and sending generic gifts remain allowed — the prohibition covers individually ordered sexual acts. ERADORE never holds, forwards or profits from such transactions.

Deliberate and documented violations may result in account restrictions, termination and claims for documented losses, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This clause applies as accepted at registration and is subject to legal review.

Suspected child sexual abuse material is reported to the relevant authorities. We cooperate with law enforcement as required by law.

7. Moderation and enforcement

Every upload is reviewed by our moderation team before it becomes publicly visible, and we add automated screening as the platform scales. We may remove content, restrict features, suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the Community Guidelines. You always have the right to an explanation and may appeal decisions through Support.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages, loss of profits or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from our gross negligence or intent, or your statutory consumer rights.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. On termination, unspent purchased credits are handled according to the Refund Policy; earned creator balances that are not subject to an ongoing investigation are paid out per the Creator Agreement.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms; material changes are announced in the Service at least 30 days in advance where feasible. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are handled by Swedish courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence. Swedish consumers may also turn to the National Board for Consumer Disputes (Allmänna reklamationsnämnden, ARN).
